During my acting career, I had to undertake specific assignments where I could observe that many cases of absenteeism could be covered by other solutions than short-term replacement.
With expertise in customer care, my experience in the commercial sector is combined with a service dedicated to the public.
My approach to "extra-financial" management, largely influenced by the very diverse environments in which I have been involved, aims to be both holistic and ergonomic.
To gain in methodology without losing sight of the unique character of each professional context, I resumed my studies in interdisciplinary research at Gustave Eiffel University, close to the Labex Urban Futures Laboratory.
I am also graduated from IPAG Business School Executive Education with a Master 2 in Management, specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) .
